Striving for Maximum Strength - Richmond
What happens in a session?
Striving for Maximum Strength are small classes. An instructor runs the session to support you to exercise in a safe, social and encouraging environment. Using different pieces of gym equipment, you will do a variety of exercises that focus on your personal goals.
How do I join?
You must have an initial assessment, where the instructor will build you an individual program to meet your health goals. You can book an assessment with our gym instructors by giving us a call on 9205 5522 or by visiting us at reception.
You do not need a doctor's referral. This is an independent program – you must be able to use or move between equipment with a small amount of help.
When is the program?
Striving for Maximum Strength is offered at Richmond Recreation Centre:
- Richmond on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 11am
How much does Striving for Maximum Strength cost?
Classes are casual. There is no contract and you do not need to be a member to attend. Each session costs $8.60 (full price) or $5.10 (concession). The initial assessment is a one-time cost of $47.30.
